Refund Policy

Please note that different policies apply for each category of the services I offer.

1-Psychic Readings

If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact me within an hour of placing the order. Please note that if the reading has already been delivered, you are no longer eligible for a refund, unless you fit into one of the following categories:
-we haven’t connected well,
-you are asking a repetitive question,
-I cannot fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances.

2-Healing Sessions

This purchase is non-refundable.

3-Printable Tarot Card Decks

This purchase is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 3 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at ll@labradoritelight.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible due to the nature of the services.
