Chakras are energy centres in our bodies. There are 7 main chakras. Each of them govern a different area of our life. These are the 7 main chakras:
muladhara – imbalances cause anxiety, fears, disconnect, digestive issues, lower back issues, fatigue,
svadhishthana – imbalances cause creativity blocks, failure to manifest desires, low self esteem,
manipura – imbalances cause issues digestive issues, no willpower, difficulty making decisions, no self discipline, difficulty processing emotions, feeling like you have no purpose,
anahata – imbalances cause a lack of empathy and compassion, inability to forgive, having difficulties in your relationships with other people, lack of trust,
vishuddha – imbalances cause thyroid issues, earaches, neck pain, inability to express emotions, fear of expressing your own opinions, impulsive speech, tendency to lie and manipulate,
ajna – imbalances cause clouded perception, skepticism, disconnection from your Higher Self, inability to process information,
sahasrara – imbalances cause a feeling of disconnect, feeling like you have no purpose, dissilusionment.
